On June 1, 2010, Health Choice will be partnering with MedSolutions Inc. (MSI), a best in class Radiology Benefit Manager (RBM) specializing in the management of diagnostic services. As experts in the area of diagnostic radiology, MSI will be assessing and administering MR, CT, Pet Scan, Outcomes Focused Cardiology, and Obstetrical and Non-Obstetrical Ultrasound studies for members who have Health Choice Arizona (HCA) as their primary insurance only and members who have Health Choice Generations (HCG) primary and HCA secondary only. MSI will begin accepting the prior authorization requests for these services on May 26, 2010.
