The Health Choice Arizona Network Services Department is the primary point of contact for providers.

The department staff is comprised of the Sr. Director of Network Services, the Director and the Manager of Network Services, Network Representatives, and the Oral Health Program Manager who are committed to providing providers and their staff quality customer service, and the resources and information they need to service HCA members. In addition, the Network Services department functions as a liaison between the provider and other departments within Health Choice Arizona.

Your Network Services Representative is available to provide initial and any follow-up training for you or your staff. They will visit your office on a regular basis to provide ongoing education, review compliance issues, and address any concerns.
