- SUD series starts October 4th, 2021 and will continue every 1st and 3rd Monday from noon – 1p.m. AZ time.
- EPI series starts January 13th, 2020 and will continue every 2nd Monday from noon – 1:15p.m.
What is Mountain ECHO?
Mountain ECHO is a Project ECHO® tele-mentoring program where participants will:
- Engage in case-based clinical discussions
- Gain knowledge in evidence-based practices regarding prescribing guidelines, medications, co-occurring diagnoses, stigma and more
- Get to know fellow healthcare professionals from behavioral health, primary care, and regional hospitals
- Share ideas and enhance overall collaboration efforts in Arizona

EPI ECHO provides support through education and collaborative case consultations.
EPI series starts January 13th, 2020 and will continue every 2nd Monday from noon – 1:15p.m.
Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI) ECHO is a Mountain Project ECHO® tele-mentoring program where participants will:
- Engage in monthly case-based clinical discussions focused on early psychosis in children and young adults
- Gain knowledge in evidence-based practices regarding medications, co-occurring diagnoses, support and rehabilitation services, reducing stigma and more
- Get to know fellow healthcare professionals from behavioral health, primary care, and community partners
- Connect to a collaborative learning community to share best practices in treating early psychosis
We will seek feedback from participants on the curriculum. Some topics that are likely to be covered include:
- Psychosis and trauma
- Diagnostics
- Pharmacology and prescribing practices
- Family engagement
- Psychosis and substance use

Mountain ECHO is a Project ECHO® tele-mentoring program where participants will:
- Engage in twice-monthly case-based clinical discussions focused on Substance Use Disorders (SUD) including recovery through Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Gain knowledge in evidence-based practices regarding prescribing guidelines, medications, co-occurring diagnoses, stigma and more
- Improve your confidence in utilizing MAT for SUD in your practice
- Get to know fellow healthcare professionals from behavioral health, primary care, and regional hospitals
- Share ideas and enhance overall collaboration efforts for SUD treatment in Arizona
